AUDIO: D'Angelo is Back! Covers 'Black Hole Sun' By Soundgarden
Where's all my D'angelo fans at???? Looks like the wait is over and D'Angelo is hoping for a followup to the excellent and nearly 12-year-old "Voodoo". In interview with Pitchfork longtime D'Angelo collaborator ?uestlove talks Michele Bachmann Fiasco and promises a new album that's "97% done," and, "at best...in the Smile/There's a Riot Goin' On/Miles Davis' On the Corner category." Which is, you know, a pretty good category! For now, we've posted a new D'Angelo track -- a cover of Soundgarden's "Black Hole Sun" -- that ?uestlove tweeted is 8 years old and not meant for the album. Ok, that's something new to us!
